Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for providing business support for platform operations, ensuring the stable development of platform business;;

2、 Participate in and optimize departmental business operation processes to ensure team collaboration;

3、 Provide platform business consulting services to users;

4、 Accept customer complaints and resolve them within the authorized scope;

5、 Video recording and editing of online activities, discovering excellent works, and simple editing and processing of backend information;

6、 Collaborate with other departments within the company.

Job requirements:

1. College degree or above, love the Internet industry;

2、 Strong sense of work responsibility, down-to-earth and diligent, positive and outgoing personality;

3、 Good image, articulate, standard Mandarin;

4、 Proficient in using computers, frequently surfing the internet, and able to use relevant office software such as Microsoft Office;

5、 Can adapt to the day shift and night shift work system;
